pelo Empreiteiro C&amp;S ENGENHARIA LDA.<\/p>\n<p>Ambos os projetos s\u00e3o financiados pelo Governo de Cabo Verde, atrav\u00e9s do Minist\u00e9rio do Turismo e Transportes, enquadrada nas rubricas do Fundo do Turismo.<\/p>\n<p>A Coordena\u00e7\u00e3o e fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o a n\u00edvel local ser\u00e1 liderada pela Unidade de Gest\u00e3o do Programa de Valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o Tur\u00edstica e Ambiental das Aldeias Rurais (PVTAAR) em articula\u00e7\u00e3o com o gabinete t\u00e9cnico da c\u00e2mara municipal de Santa Catarina de Santiago.<\/p>\n<p>Salienta-se que as aldeias de Achada Leite e Charco fazem parte das 18 aldeias do PVTAAR, financiado pelos fundos do Turismo e do Ambiente, que tem como principais eixos de interven\u00e7\u00e3o a requalifica\u00e7\u00e3o e infraestrutura\u00e7\u00e3o b\u00e1sica e tur\u00edstica, a capacita\u00e7\u00e3o e forma\u00e7\u00e3o, a educa\u00e7\u00e3o e sensibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental e o fomento empresarial, numa
