The project was presented by the president of the National Institute for Spatial Planning (INGT), Dr Ilce Amarante, on behalf of MIOTH.<\/p>\n<p>The project covers around 4,600 square metres and addresses social and environmental issues, including urban regeneration works, the installation of water, electricity and sewerage networks, road surfacing, and the creation of green spaces and leisure areas.
