Work is progressing at a good pace on the rehabilitation and resurfacing of the road leading to Pilão Cão – Ponta de Talho, in the municipality of São Miguel, in the interior of Santiago. This project, undertaken by the Government of Cape Verde, aims to significantly improve road safety and traffic flow in that area.
The works are being carried out by the Ministry of Infrastructure, through Estradas de Cabo Verde (ECV), and meet high standards of quality and durability, with a view to ensuring a safer and more functional road for motorists and local residents.
Through this initiative, the Government of Cape Verde reaffirms its commitment to Santiago Norte, focusing on improving transport links, promoting local development and creating better living conditions for the local population.
